The heel float suspends heels over an air cavity to prevent pressure sores. It eliminates heel pressure, wicks away moisture, reduces skin shear, controls foot drop and provides air floatation for the ankle. Hook and loop straps are sewn to fabric bands to prevent skin abrasion. Cushioned sides protect the lateral and medial malleolus for side lying patients.

that cools and reduces skin damaging perspiration.
