Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Delivery and Returns Policy.
Delivery of all our Mobility Scooters, Powerchairs, and Wheelchairs is FREE to the UK Mainland. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you wish your product to be delivered elsewhere.
At Swiftmobility.co.uk our delivery service ensures trained staff deliver your product ready assembled, they will demonstrate the product and make sure you are more than comfortable with the equipment. Once our engineers are satisfied that you are confident and happy with your product they will sign it over to you.
Orders will be dispatched from the manufacturer either the same or the next working day, to regional distribution centres. We aim to complete delivery within 5 working days. You will receive a phone call to make sure that you are around when the delivery is to be made and we will keep in contact with you throughout the whole process.

Returns.
Your purchase transaction is complete after the product handover, during which you are asked to carefully inspect the product, to confirm it is what you ordered, has no damage and is operating successfully. Please inspect the product very carefully and if you feel there are any problems, be sure to raise this with the delivery staff who will make a note of your concerns and take the appropriate action.
Should you decide to reject a product that is deemed by our engineers to be in perfect condition and to match your order, we will ask that you pay for the return transportion. Rejection of faulty goods will be refunded in full.
Following they sign-off, your product is fully covered under warranty and repairs will be carried out at your home where possible. In the unlikely event of a major fault, the product will be collected, repaired or replaced and then returned. All this is at no additional cost to you.

Delivery Schedule
All our Worlds of Difference, Improve the Odds and Forever Comfort Products are delivered in 2-5 working days the vast majority are delivered next day if the order is recived before 11:30am.

State of the Art Products are dispatched from manufacturer on the day of the order they are then distributed to depots situated around the country where they are assembled and saftey checked. 3-5 working days is to be expected.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
