| Shipping And Handling Delivery and Returns Policy. Delivery of all our Mobility Scooters, Powerchairs, and Wheelchairs is FREE to the UK Mainland. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you wish your product to be delivered elsewhere. At Swiftmobility.co.uk our delivery service ensures trained staff deliver your product ready assembled, they will demonstrate the product and make sure you are more than comfortable with the equipment. Once our engineers are satisfied that you are confident and happy with your product they will sign it over to you. Orders will be dispatched from the manufacturer either the same or the next working day, to regional distribution centres. We aim to complete delivery within 5 working days. You will receive a phone call to make sure that you are around when the delivery is to be made and we will keep in contact with you throughout the whole process. Returns. Your purchase transaction is complete after the product handover, during which you are asked to carefully inspect the product, to confirm it is what you ordered, has no damage and is operating successfully. Please inspect the product very carefully and if you feel there are any problems, be sure to raise this with the delivery staff who will make a note of your concerns and take the appropriate action.
